:: NSAIE Knowledge Preservation Project Recipes::
The Knowledge Preservation Project is a three year grant funded by the Administration for Native Americans. This comprehensive program seeks to increase funding for projects and services for American Indian elderly while supporting the preservation of traditional knowledge.
We are seeking recipes and information on Traditional food preparation methods. If you would like to contribute information or a recipe please fill out the form below and make sure to include your contact information so that we can reach you if we need additional information.
The information collected may be used to help us produce our Knowledge Preservation Project cookbook. Recipes selected for inclusion in the national addition will be paid a submission fee. A signed release is attached at the bottom, please sign and mail it back to us at the address provided.
